Stucco Inspection

Stucco inspections are a series of tests performed to determine moisture levels on your home’s interior and exterior surfaces. This targeted inspection is intended to evaluate the condition and preparation of stucco veneer.

Stucco veneer homes can be susceptible to unique issues and concerns including excessive moisture retention, cracking/bulging/de-lamination, water penetration/damage, termite access/damage. Our Atlanta-based team will conduct a Stucco Inspection to identify exposure and areas of concern while identifying necessary repairs and modifications in order to obtain a Moisture-Free Stucco Warranty (industry standard).

• Hardcoat Stucco
• EIFS Exterior Insulated Finishing Systems (Synthetic Stucco)
• Unique Sealant and Flashing requirements
• Proper termination of synthetic stucco veneer (cutbacks)
• Thermal imaging, moisture scanners and moisture meters to identify moisture levels behind the surface of the stucco
• Installation errors, missing flashing, missing caulking, moisture entry areas etc
• Recommendations for maintenance and care of the stucco veneer
• Detailed inspection report with findings
